Our friends at 2nd Sin Brewing in PA came down to help brew our first ever sour. Slightly tart and sour with notes of red apple and pear compliment a light caramel sweetness from Belgian candi-sugar. Unlike most sours this one is an easy drinker and perfect for cooler weather. Drink it now while the getting's good.
3SUM IMPERIAL IPA
Experience "The Pursuit of Hoppiness" with this Imperial IPA. Brewed with over 6 pounds per barrel of Citra, Centennial and Columbus and a plethora of oats, this "East Coast" double IPA is smooth, creamy, and remarkably well balanced. Easy to drink.
Altered Reality IPA
Heavily oated Northeast Style IPA brewed and dry hopped with Wai-Iti, Mosaic and Simcoe. A nose full of fresh apricot and berries, leads to flavors of peach custard and apricot.
BACK TO REALITY IPA
A bright IPA in the truest sense. Heavy additions of wheat and oats create a lush mouthfeel. We walloped this one with some of our favorite American hops (Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe) in the whirlpool and dry hop. Notes of ripe orange peel, fresh picked tangerine and citrus. An all-day crusher that won’t tire the palate.

BUGG JUICE IPA
Combining a sweet malt backbone with a massive amount of hop flavor and aroma, creating our version of the “Juicy IPA” Aggressively hopped with Citra, Azacca, Mosaic, and Centennial ... each mouthful explodes with notes of mango, papaya, grapefruit and pine resin.
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY STOUT
Silky smooth oatmeal stout brewed with dark chocolate malt. Conditioned on mountains of crushed raspberries and fresh cocoa nibs. Big raspberry aroma and taste, slightly tart, with a medium body and slightly sweet roast chocolate backbone.
An English Style Porter brewed with UK malts and hops and conditioned on local “La Columbe” coffee. Velvety smooth with distinct coffee and chocolate notes.

Dank and Juicy New England Style India Pale Ale. Extensive whirlpool addition of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe is followed with an even larger Dry Hop of Chinook, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus. Intense flavors and aroma of ripe grapefruit, berries, passion fruit, mango, and pine. Quench your hop obsession!
DANK SHADOWS IPA
Dark, Dank, and Juicy India Pale Ale. Massive whirlpool and Dry Hop additions of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus along with a small amount of Rye malt create this crushable Dank experience.
DDH SIPPY CUP
All-American Pale Ale brewed with wheat and oats. Dry hopped during and post fermentation with Citra, Azacca, Centennial and Columbus for amped up notes of tropical fruit, pine and citrus.
DEPTH OF PERCEPTION IPA
DoP challenges the senses and rewards the patient. Three massive whirlpool additions of Azacca, El Dorado, and Rakau are followed by a double dry hop of the same with a touch of Amarillo in the second dry hop. A medley of tropical fruit and citrus aromas lead to flavors of tangerine, apricot, and a smooth finish of bubblegum
DEVIL IN I IPA
Make amends. At 6.66%abv, the Devil is not for the superstitious. Hazy and brown in appearance, with a sweet hint of roastiness, Devil is like nothing we’ve brewed before. LIMITED SEASONAL RELEASE
Disguy knows what's up. Disguised as a big burly stout, this beer is brewed with a touch of lactose and copious kettle additions of chocolate creating a rich full body brimming with delicate chocolate flavor that far exceeds it's ABV.
Straw colored India Pale Ale bursting with juicy American (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic) hops is filled with flavors and aroma of Peach, Mango, and Citrus juices. Smooth and balanced with a soft bitterness. Insanely drinkable!
Latin for Stone Fruit, this India Pale Ale is brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo, Centennial and Citra. Rich amber color, crisp and clear, with stone fruit flavors of Mango, Peach, and Plum.
ESCAPE FROM REALITY DIPA
An all American DIPA featuring Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Aromas of ripe orange peel and citrus lead to a light pillowy mouthfeel with bright flavors of ripe orange, mango and hints of grapefruit.
Batch Ten features a brand new neomexican hop, Zappa! Named for the late singer, Zappa is as deep and diverse as the music that made it's namesake famous. We paired Zappa with Azacca and El Dorado. Passion fruit, herbaceous hemp, mint, sweet candy, and spicy mango create a dance across the pallet unlike anything we've tasted.
Exhausted From Human Interaction DIPA
Heavily oated DIPA brewed and dry hopped with Sultana and Simcoe. Conditioned on a plantation full of pineapples and toasted coconut. Notes and aromas of fresh juiced pineapple and coconut with an underlying dankness.
EZ haZE Hazy Ale
A grain bill of oats and wheat, are complemented by Mosaic and Sultana in the whirlpool. Weighing in at 4.7%, its EZ to drink all day long!
Flirp will tickle your feathers but not give you the bird. Bright, heavily oated and dry hopped with 3.5lbs/bbl of Amarillo, Citra, Equinox and Simcoe. Dank tropical notes of citrus, grapefruit and papaya with undertones of pine define our favorite flying creature.
Classic West Coast style "throwback" IPA is aggressively hopped (100+ IBU's) with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. Deep copper color with a hint of haziness. Crisp and dry with layers of floral, citrus, and pine with a subtle dankness and lingering hop bitterness. Well balanced for an "over the top" IPA!
Here’s The Scoop
To celebrate our 4th Anniversary, we brewed this soft double IPA with Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and a touch of lactose in the kettle. We then dry hopped with more of the same and conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Red
Currants and Guava. Salud!
Brewed with Pilsner and wheat malt and flavored with a generous amount of Cascade hops. Conditioned on organic Hibiscus flowers creating a crisp, clean, refreshing beer. Plesant, flowery and spicy with a slightly tart cranberry character.
The uproar of east coast versus west coast IPA’s can be deafening. This aptly named IPA combines classic West Coast bittering featuring Columbus and Simcoe with East Coast focus on hop flavor. Featuring a large whirlpool of Simcoe, El Dorado and Cascade, and dry hopped with over 15lbs of Simcoe, Citra, El Dorado and Cascade, Hullabaloo features a nose of floral and citrus with flavors of peach, berry and earthiness on the finish.
JUICY SHENANIGANS IPA
Hazy IPA brewed with massive amounts of oats for a soft mouthfeel and hopped generously with Huell Melon, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Flavors and aromas of ripe honeydew, mango, and citra.
A chaotic collision of styles brings us Kaos! A Bold India Pale Ale that combines classic West Coast hop bittering with east coast focus on flavor and aroma, creating a uniquely crafted IPA with astonishing balance.
LUCID DREAMS IPA
American session DIPA brewed with heavy additions of oats, wheat, and Vienna. Hopped aggressively with Citra, Calypso, and Columbus for a dank, citrusy explosion.
Full bodied stout brewed with a plethora of dark chocolate and caramel malts, and brown sugar. Conditioned on Vermont Maple Syrup and fresh cinnamon sticks. Everything you can imagine an ax wielding, flannel wearing, lumberjack to drink after a long day’s work... or for breakfast!
MIDNIGHT OATIN STOUT
Oatmeal stout brewed with chocolate malt and chocolate in the kettle. Subtle notes of coffee and chocolate blend into this silky smooth, medium bodied stout.
Moonlit Grave Oatmeal Black Ale
A departure from the norm, this oatmeal black ale is medium bodied with notes of dark chocolate, toffee, and caramel.
MOUNDS OF FUN
Stout brewed with a touch of lactose and copious kettle additions of chocolate and conditioned on fresh toasted coconut. Velvety smooth with lush coconut intertwined with deep chocolate notes.
Bright and fluffy we pounded this in the kettle and dry hop with the dankest Simcoe we could get our hands on and blended in some Mandarina Bavaria. Vibrant notes of fruit cocktail and fresh squeezed orange are rounded out by Simcoe’s classic earthy pine notes on the finish.
A hazy and juicy Vermont style India Pale Ale, that pours like a glass of pulpy juice. Multiple massive whirlpool additions and double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado. Intense hop flavors take center stage over bitterness.
Roller Oatster Oatmeal Stout
Stout brewed with heavy additions of oats and munich malt. A mocha colored head leads to notes of dark chocolate and caramel
SAFE SPACE IPA
Heavily oated for a lush mouthfeel, Safe Space features a large whirlpool of Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe and is heavily dry hopped with Galaxy, Denali and Simcoe. Notes of peach orchard, passionfruit, pineapple and dank citrus.
SINFULLY CITRA IPA
We hopped this American IPA tenaciously with Citra and Sultana in the whirlpool and dry hop creating lush citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose. Heavy additions of oats and wheat balance the mild bitterness, leaving the beer with a medium body and crisp, slightly piney finish.
SINFULLY MOSAIC IPA
A well balanced new hoppy ale brewed and dry hopped with massive amounts of Mosaic and a touch of Equinox hops. A combination of citrus and floral notes await on the nose. Subtle flavors of tangerine and papaya give way to a grassy resinous hop finish. Crisp and great for a hot summer day.
SIPPY CUP APA
Juicy New England style American pale ale brewed with wheat, oats, and a large amount of Citra, Azacca, Centennial, and Columbus. Tropical fruit, citrus, and light pine flavors/aroma.
DIPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Amarilla and Centennial and conditioned on peaches. Ripe peach flesh takes center stage, balanced subtly by hoppy goodness.
Brewed with a plethora of oats and wheat, then hit with lactose. Irresponsible additions of Citra and Denali balance with lactose, vanilla, pineapple and blood orange. Delightful notes of creamsicle, pineapple custard and blood orange cupcakes.
S.S. AZZ IF IPA
Session IPA brewed with heavy handed additions of wheat, oats, and one of our favorite hop combinations, Azacca and Citra. A citrusy nose leads into flavors of spicy mango, and citrus.
S.S. TIDE POOL IPA
Hazy, heavily oated session IPA with a full mouthfeel. Hopped lightly with Hallertau Blanc and Zythos in the kettle and whirlpool, then heavily dry hopped with more of the same plus Vic Secret! Intriguing notes of gooseberry and grass couple with subtle tropical notes to make this an all day crusher that won’t tire the pallet.
Flirp is back and he means business! Heavily oated and wheated, and massively dry hopped with BRU-1, Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe. Notes of tropical fruit pie, fresh squeezed pineapple juice and honeydew sorbet are Super Flirp's weapons of choice.

THREE FLIRPIN YEARS
Our third anniversary Triple Dry Hopped, Triple IPA. We took Flirp's pillowy body and cranked it up to 10. Then we triple dry hopped this one with over 6lbs/barrel of African Queen, Citra, and Mosaic. Flavors and aromas of sweet fruits, citra, mango, and chilis blend with subtle heat from the alcohol to make TFY go down dangerously smooth.
THIS IS HOPS IPA
Pouring a hazy pale golden color, this India Pale Ale is distinctively dank, pungent, and juicy. Brewed in the New England style with Mosaic and Columbus, it bursts with flavors and aromas of juicy mango, passion fruit, and citrus.
THREE BLONDE MICE
Three 3's interpretation of the classic Blonde Ale tips the balance towards hops. Generous late additions of Mosaic, Cascade, and Columbus creates a pleasant fruity hop flavor with low bitterness. Light golden color and medium body, an easy drinking and approachable hops-oriented All American Blonde!
TOTALLY DRENCHED DIPA
We took our Drenched IPA and kicked it into the next Galaxy…Like Totally! The result is a hazy, juicebomb! Copious whirlpool and dry hop additions of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe produce a nose full of passion fruit. The flavor follows suit with passion fruit and citrus followed by ripe honeydew. The lingering hop finish will have you coming back for more! Limited Release!
An ode to our namesake, this summery Saison is brewed with heavy additions of wheat and oats and gently hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Mosaic and Cascade. We then conditioned this hazy saison on 15lbs/bbl of Hammonton grown Blueberries, Strawberries and Blackberries. The dry finish is balanced by the subtle fruit sweetness for an incredibly refreshing and crushable summer treat!
An IPA that received a hearty dry hop of Mosaic, Centennial, Columbus and Calypso and an even bigger dose of Hammonton Blueberries and pomegranates making this by far one of the most different looking beers we've ever made. Tons of sweet berry character up front with a dry, slightly tart backend balanced by the generous hops.
Imperial Farmhouse style saison. Tart, slightly sweet with just a bit of spiciness from a big late addition of Equinox and our house saison yeast.
